It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.



One on One Training

Want even more weakness focused training in addition to classes? We offer one on one training just for you. Our personal training program provides a targeted approach to tackle one goal at a time and excel even faster! Hour long sessions are available for $20/hour so communicate with your coach if you are interested in a session here and there and lets crush those goals!



Individual Competitors Programming

Barbell Club and Daily Programming

In addition to our daily CrossFit Programming (GPP), we also provide daily barbell programming to utilize. A huge foundation to our fitness is strength so this added programming fro those that have to will not only get you even stronger faster, but sharpen up your Olympic lifting skills and have you more and more consistent with your lifts!




We offer Yoga twice a week. Once mid week and once on Saturday after the morning WOD with simple but effective holds and poses for Crossfitters. Similar to ROMWOD. Join the class for $5 per session for members and $10 per session for non-members!


Massage Therapy

Laurie Winters is a licensed massage therapist (L.M.T.) and as been massaging since 2004. Favorite modality is Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy. She loves her work. The satisfaction of helping and healing any one she can is why she chose to become a massage therapist.
