I have been an athlete my whole life and like most people, after college life happened and I could not find anything I really enjoyed that I would stick with to keep my fitness in check. That is until I found CrossFit. I started my CrossFit Journey at another CrossFit affiliate in town and was fortunate enough to be coached by some great people. I enjoyed it so much I knew I wanted it to be a part of my life for as long as I am able. What better way to do that than teach it myself and pass on the knowledge and experience to the next person. I want to make a point to have a strong united box with great camaraderie that has a family feel to it and of course gets you results. We are all in this game called life together and it is amazing what you can do with great people around you.
After starting CrossFit, I was hooked week one. I fell in love with the CrossFit Methodology and the whole basis of what it is about. I have tried many different types of workout regiments in my life and have never found such a great overall program that prepares you for the unknown and unknowable like CrossFit. The whole idea of general physical preparedness is common sense. If you are not in a sport where you need to specialize in a certain area, then why not train to be good at everything rather than good or great at one specific thing. At the end of the day, I knew this was for me and wanted to make a living doing it.
